How to Return a Product
Returning a product is simple:
- Contact PSR USA at 435-599-7755 or info@performancesuspension-usa.com to discuss your return.
- Arrange for the product to be shipped back to us.
Conditions for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- Products must be returned carriage paid to Triple-R Lights.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Returned products must arrive in a re-saleable condition.
- Bespoke items are not eligible for return.
- Services we provide to you (such as fitting a grille integration kit), once completed or started, are not eligible for a refund.
- Include a copy of the original purchase receipt and the sender's name and address.
- This guarantee applies only to items purchased directly from the Lazer Lamps website. If purchased through a distributor or dealer, please contact them directly to arrange your return.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit or undelivered, so please retain proof of postage to make a claim if needed.

WARRANTY
If you purchased directly with us and believe a product is defective, please contact us at +1 520 468 2633 or sales@triple-r-lights.com.
If your product was purchased through a distributor or dealer, you must log your warranty claim with them directly. They will coordinate with us to address your claim.
Returned items will be inspected by our technicians. If the product is found not to be faulty or incomplete, it will be returned to you and you may be charged for the return shipping costs. In cases where payment for return carriage cannot be processed, the item will be held until payment is made.
Products are considered defective if:
- They were sent incorrectly due to supplier error.
- They arrived damaged.
- They do not match their description.
- They are not fit for purpose.
- They are of unsatisfactory quality.
Please note that damage caused after the product is in your possession is not considered a defect and is not covered under warranty.
Lifetime Lens Guarantee
Triple-R Lights' lifetime lens guarantee applies when the product has been used as intended. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse.
When making a claim:
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- The purchaser is responsible for all associated costs of sending/receiving the product, including any import/export duties or taxes.
