Coverage
All Eibach, Inc. ("Eibach") Suspension Springs, Anti-Roll-Kits, Pro-Spacers, Pro-Dampers and Pro-Truck Shocks (including Sport and Sport Leveling), Pro-Truck Coilover Systems, Pro-Alignment Kits (collectively, "Products") are covered by a limited lifetime warranty (the "Warranty"). The Warranty covers the Products against factory defects in material and workmanship, other than coatings, when used on passenger cars and light duty (class 1-3) trucks under normal use and operating conditions.
These Warranties only apply to the original purchaser, who has proof of purchase and retains ownership of the vehicle on which the Products were originally installed (the "Purchaser"). Eibach will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the defective product at Eibach’s sole discretion.
Exclusions from Warranty
- Improperly installed products or those not installed by a qualified mechanic.
- Products that have been misused, modified, or abused.
- Vehicles carrying loads over manufacturer weight limits.
- Vehicles used for racing or extreme off-road activity.
- Claims made by anyone other than the original purchaser.
- Products installed on a different vehicle than originally intended.
Reservation of Rights
Eibach reserves the right to make changes to designs, materials, and specifications without prior notice and does not assume any obligation to update previously manufactured products.
Exclusion of Other Warranties
This Warranty is the only warranty applicable to the Products and may not be modified by others. Descriptions, models, or samples do not form part of the warranty. No salesperson or third party is authorized to extend any warranty.
There are no implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond what is described here. In some states, limitations may not apply. This Warranty grants specific legal rights, and other rights may vary by state.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a claim, contact the Eibach dealer or distributor from whom the Products were purchased. The dealer will request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from Eibach.
Returns must include:
- An RGA number
- Sales receipt
- A statement with the Purchaser’s details and defect description
