We are looking for an experienced Race Prep Mechanic to join our off-road racing and automotive team. This is a hands-on role focused on preparing UTVs and full-size race vehicles for competition, supporting race operations, and assisting in our automotive shop as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Race Prep: Ability to provide full-racing prep for UTV's and full-size race vehicles.
MUST be able to provide contact references and show 3 + years of experience working within the race industry.
Qualifications:
*Proficient in all facets of UTV PREP with extreme attention to detail. Fabrication, electrical, CAD, engine, drivetrain, sheet metal, shock tuning a plus.
* Navigation skills using GPS, maps, race notes.
* Proficient in chase support and pit crew logistics.
* Physically fit.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
*Desire to work within a team and do what is necessary to win.
* Must be flexible in the role and be able to provide support and work within an automotive business. This includes but not limited to Installation of product for customers cars, workshop assistance in other areas. The role is prep and race based but at times will be required to work in other departments.
Role is salary based and range depends on experience. Starting at 80K/year, depending on experience.
